UX Researcher

About you
 

Our UX Researcher will be responsible for studying target users to gather and analyze data that will help throughout the product design process. As an essential part of the Product area and product design process, the position needs to segment potential users and generate information to analyze the product viability, focusing on the user needs.  A successful UX Researcher should be an empathic collaborator with proficient listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities
 
  • Understand the user needs through usability research and testing.

  • Conduct and lead analysis of user and stakeholder needs.

  • Lead conceptual development between teams, partnering with other designers, PMs, engineers, and business teams.

  • Research and showcase knowledge in industry trends and the latest technologies across mobile, desktop, and web.

  • Gathering data insights to create customer profiles, define customer journeys, and build out information architecture.

  • Conducts usability testing, survey designs, user interviews, data analysis, heuristic evaluations, exploratory research methods, and other modern research practices.

  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed design strategies and interaction behaviors.

Experience
 
  • 2+ years of experience in UX, Innovation or Research.

  • Experience in solving cross-platform UX challenges and demonstrating easy-to-use and scalable design solutions.

  • Experience in B2B Business Model.

  • Experience in planning and executing an effective client investigation, solo or in collaboration.

  • Experience with Usability Testing.

  • Experience in User Centered Design.

Requirements and Tools
 
  • Develop skills in gathering data insights to create customer profiles, define customer journeys, and build out information architecture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Pedagogy, Psychology, anthropology (or related areas).

  • Knowledge of modern industry standard design and UX research tools.

  • User interview tools (card sorting, focus grupos, A/B test, hit maps.

  • Must have a digital portfolio that demonstrates user-centered research and design practices.

  • Knowledge in Lean UX or Lean startUp methodology (recommended).

  • Solid knowledge in research, usability, information architecture, wireframing, navigation flows and interaction design.

  • Knowledge in Moderate and Unmoderated Usability Testing.

  • Advance english level.
