Sales Manager

About you

Our Sales Manager will be responsible for accelerating REWORTH's growth by combining analytics, strategy, and execution in the pursuit of the best Financial Institutions. As an essential part of the Partnership Area and business development process, the position needs to identify, establish, and maintain relationships with current and potential partners. A successful Sales Manager should be a reliable and proficient relationship builder with high communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Building an enhanced data-driven commercial culture with deep operational rigor required to support decision-making.

  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with current and potential LATAM partners.

  • Establish and deliver a plan to increase the number of partners by developing short, medium, and long-term plans based on our objectives.

  • Manage the team's pipeline and CRM, as well as assist with all key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion.

  • Lead the sales cycle from outreach to full rollout; meetings with prospects; actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges. Close deals with AAA merchants.

  • +6 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, and/or partner management experience.

  • +6 years of experience in leadership positions.

  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving an increase in the pipeline through partner management.

  • Experience working in a B2B model.

  • Experience in Fintech / Startups is welcome

  • Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations, and being a polished presenter. Impressive storyteller to bring senior leaders onside and instill confidence.

  • Exceptional leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.

  • Advanced English level required.
