PIER LEAL MARKETING S.A.P.I. DE C.V. hereinafter ("PIER") with fiscal address at Paseo de la Reforma 343-Piso 26, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Mexico City, CDMX, is responsible for the processing of the personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data") that you (hereinafter "You" or the "Data Subject" or the "Data Subjects") provide us with, which will be protected in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter "Personal Data Law"), and other applicable regulations.
In such sense, PIER in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Law, as well as its Regulations and Privacy Notice Guidelines, acting as the party responsible for the collection and processing of your Personal Data, hereby informs you of this Privacy Notice which may be physically consulted in our offices and branches, as well as on the website www.reworth.co.
PIER's Personal Data Department, in compliance with article 30 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, has been appointed to:

Accordingly, this Privacy Notice describes your rights regarding the collection, use, storage, processing, transfer and protection of your Personal Data by PIER. This Privacy Notice applies to the collection of Personal Data directly, including access to our offices, as well as to any website owned by PIER, including related sites, mobile applications, digital platforms and tools owned by PIER, regardless of the manner and place of access.
This Privacy Notice shall be applicable in the United States of Mexico.
CONSENT OF THE OWNER
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Personal Data Law, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, transfer and protection of your Personal Data by PIER.
PURPOSES OF THE TREATMENT
The Personal Data that we collect from you, we will use in order to create your customer account, bill you for services and in general to carry out all activities related to the sale of our products/services.

• Company name of the company;
• Name and Surname of the person with sufficient powers to represent the company and to commit in its name and representation;
• E-mail of the proxy;
• Telephone number
• Fiscal data of the company
• Affiliation number (Merchant ID)
• Anonymized age
• Anonymized User ID
• Transaction amount
• Transaction location
PIER will only have access to information that the Data Subject voluntarily provides personally and directly; through email with the Data Subject, including the use of PIER's website. Therefore, PIER may only collect and store the following Personal Data of the Data Subject in order to carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
The processing of the Personal Data collected shall be that which is necessary, adequate and relevant for the fulfillment of the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice, as well as for the additional purposes described in this document.
All Personal Data collected from Data Subjects shall be stored in PIER's database or information storage and collection base (hereinafter the "Database"), which has high security measures to guarantee the privacy and protection of the Personal Data collected against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment thereof.
PIER shall store the Personal Data collected during the time necessary to comply with the purpose for which they were collected as well as during the time allowed by the applicable legislation.
Consequently, Personal Data is protected both online, by means of encryption codes; and offline, since only the personnel designated to perform a specific task with the Personal Data has access to the Database.
PIER may communicate with the Data Subject by email, telephone, or any other authorized means in order to inform him/her about new products or services.
