REWORTH connects financial institutions and merchants to receive actionable data and offer cashback to end-customers via a fully-integrated API solution. Our mission is to engage customers and create opportunities for financial institutions and businesses through actionable data.
We are truly an embedded financial service provider with our API first approach that enables us to build value added services such as demand steering, business intelligence and connect 3rd party services (BNPL, payments, lending, crypto, investing, payments, business intelligence) to the ecosystem.

About the position
You will be in the driver’s seat, owning all partnership efforts and execution. You will be accelerating REWORTH’s growth, combining analytics, strategy and execution in the pursuit of the best financial institutions and merchant partners.
Building an enhanced data-driven commercial culture with deep operational rigor required to support decision-making.
Identify, establish and maintain relationships with current and potential LATAM partners.
Establish and deliver a plan to increase the amount of partners by developing short, medium, and long-term plans based on our objectives.
Manage the team's pipeline/CRM, as well as assist in all key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion
Lead the sales cycle from outreach to full rollout; engage and align effectively in C-level meetings with prospects, actively listen to understand business objectives and challenges.
Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving incremental pipeline through partner management
Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations, and a polished presenter. Impressive storyteller to bring senior leaders onside and instill confidence.
Exceptional leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
Language requirements: English and Spanish.
6+ years experience of sales, business development, consulting and/or partner management experience
Experience working in B2B model
Experience in Fintech / Startups
