Business Intelligence (Research and Development)

About you

Our  Business Intelligence will be responsible for doing the market and tendencies research and collaborating in different pivot trials to understand the impact of our product on the customers. As an essential part of the business intelligence area and process, the position needs to develop business reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other products that meet strategic needs and goals. A successful Business Intelligence professional should be a customer centered professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Research, compile, and analyze information of products and market conditions to identify potential new markets. 

  • Identify new opportunities, and the most effective methods to develop new products..

  • Work with market trends to analyze the impact of our product on the customer.

  • Run some pivot trials to understand behaviors.

  • Assist with the development of data-driven presentations to support business strategy.

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.

  • 3+ Experience in market research.

  • Experience in a reporting tool such as Tableau, PowerBI, Retool, etc.

  • Advanced English level proficiency

  • Good knowledge of research and development methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical staff across the business to understand their needs.

  • Ability to work autonomously and with a high level of initiative.

  • Ability to Create storytelling and work with the business team.
